My Bio:
​
My sister Marie sparked my interest in photography in 1976
My sister was in high school during that time, and I was nine years old.
I also kept photography interest to myself.
I pursued my interest in photography more in 1986. I was then encouraged by one of my best friends, Patrick Pennington.
I ended up working with Patrick on and off until 1993 as a film photographer.
Patrick later encourage me to start up my own photography business.
From 1993 to 2000, I ran my own business known as Martel Photography in Indianapolis, Indiana.
My main focus was on motorcycles, motorcycle racing, fashion, modeling, products, and weddings.
I did some landscaping, wild life, and auto racing, as well.
In 2005, I switched from film photography to digital photography.
It was about the freedom, traveling, meeting new people, and the challenge of producing great photos.
In 2025, I decided to expand my services in other areas of photography and being more creative, imaginative, and by challenging myself.​​​​​​​​​​​​​
This site is also dedicated my friend,
"Patrick Pennington."
